Who can report?
Any person who has knowledge of them, in the case of public crimes, or by the victim themselves, in the case of private or semi-public crimes.
How to report?
Reports and complaints are always free of charge and do not require special formalities. They can be made in person, by telephone, or in writing and should contain as much information as possible.
Competent Authorities
Crimes committed for discriminatory reasons can be reported to the authorities competent for receiving criminal offenses:
- Criminal police bodies (depending on the nature of the crime and the location in the country where it occurred):
- Public Prosecutor’s Office
