Discrimination
Discrimination
Who can report?
The victim or any person who witnesses or becomes aware of discriminatory practices that constitute an misdemeanour may file a complaint with the competent authority.
How to report?
Complaints can be filed in various ways; the most common method is in writing, usually via online forms designed for this purpose, but they can also be submitted by email or regular mail. They should include as much information as possible.
Competent Authorities
The competent authority will review the situation and determine whether there is evidence of discrimination; to this end, it may request additional information from the victim(s) or the complainant.
If there is sufficient evidence, an administrative proceeding will be initiated and the matter will be investigated.
WHAT COULD HAPPEN?
RESULT

Notes:
Unfortunately, these processes can be very time-consuming.
It may not be easy for the victim to identify the competent authority; instances of discrimination that constitute misdemeanour may be recorded in the Complaints Log of the service where they occurred.
It may not be easy for the victim to identify the appropriate authority. Contact APAV, an organization that can help you identify the appropriate authority based on the specifics of your situation.
