Adam Labaran is the Founder and Executive Director of ENRMSC and Vice President of União de Refugiados em Portugal - UREP. With lived experience as a former refugee, migrant, and stateless person, he brings a deeply informed and human perspective to displacement and statelessness advocacy. Now an EU citizen, he works across Europe to strengthen leadership within displaced communities, promote solidarity, and influence more inclusive and people-centred policies. His work focuses on turning lived experience into meaningful action and systemic change.
